Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

- We levy a standard shipping cost of INR 85 for all orders under INR 2499. We provide free shipping for the orders above INR 2499. (within India)

- After checkout, an Order Confirmation email shall be sent to you.

- We may take up to 4 to 6 business days (excluding bank holidays) to process and dispatch your order.

- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

- Transit time can take up to 7-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.

- Please take it under consideration that we are a small business and hence we cannot offer lavish services like a multinational e-commerce website.

** In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines there might be additional delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns and exchanges for ART PRINTS.
For all other items except ART PRINTS, returns and exchanges will be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Please write to us at hello@inkterestingstories.com with order number and other details.
If you wish to return make sure that the products are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
You may courier it to us at your own expense or we can arrange a pickup on your behalf at an additional price of INR 90/-.
You will need to pack the product properly, print the return label & stick it on the package. A delivery person will be allotted to come and collect the packed product.
After we have received the package and inspected its condition, we will issue an exclusive STORE CREDIT which can be used to shop on our website.
The CREDIT NOTE has to be used in one single purchase.
In case of exchange, after receiving the package from you we will dispatch the alternative product.
Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be entertained within our policy period, that is 5 days. Post that, we won’t be able to entertain any requests.
Return is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders.
Return is not applicable on discounted items.
All customized products and commissioned artworks cannot be exchanged and are non-returnable, hence non-refundable.
