refund & Store Policy

refund policy

  • ART PRINTS are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of an 'exclusive discount coupon' (STORE CREDITS) which has to be redeemed in one single purchase on our website.
  • The store-credit will be valid for 365 days.

  • Shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable. 

  • Refunds will only be entertained within our policy period, that is 5 days from the date of delivery. Post that, we won’t be able to entertain any requests.

Cancellation policy

  • Orders can be cancelled if and only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

  • Please mail us at hello@inkterestingstories.com for any cancellation requests if your order has not been dispatched yet.

  • Once the order is placed, no cancellation request can be made for any customized products.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out with our delivery partners. 

  • If your cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be fulfilled.

  • Refund for any cancellations will be issued in the form of STORE CREDITS. These credits can be redeemed at our website within 365 days. The credits has to be used in one single purchase.
